Terms and Conditions: Entrepreneurs Excellence Course
1. Introduction 1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Entrepreneurs Excellence course ("the Course") provided by Hetty Verney to you, the participant ("the Client", "You"). By purchasing the Course, you accept these Terms in full.
1.2 These Terms, along with any additional policies referenced, represent the entire agreement between us and apply to the exclusion of any other terms.
1.3 By purchasing the Course, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. The Course is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
2. Course Details 2.1 The Course is a six-week programme consisting of weekly live 90-minute Zoom sessions delivered by Hetty Verney.
2.2 Participants will receive digital workbooks accessible through a private Facebook group for up to three months after the Course ends.
2.3 A 24-hour enrolment bonus includes a 1-1 Profit First Assessment and Implementation Plan. Additional bonuses, such as the Retain, Reduce, Remove Sheet and the Profit First Allocation Sheet, are available only to participants who pay the full fee upfront.
2.4 Hetty Verney will be available to participants for support through WhatsApp during the duration of the Course.
3. Payment Terms 3.1 The Course fee is £650 (including VAT) for full payment or two instalments of £360 (including VAT) or 4 instalments of £185 (including VAT)
3.2 Payment must be completed through the designated online payment processor. All fees are non-refundable as the service is delivered immediately upon purchase.
3.3 Full payment must be received before access to the Course is granted. If paying by instalments, you are responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access until the outstanding amount is paid.
3.4 In the event of a missed payment, you will be responsible for paying the full outstanding balance immediately. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, as well as any additional costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts.
4. Cancellation and Termination 4.1 Due to the nature of the Course and the immediate delivery of services, there is no right to cancel once the Course has commenced.
4.2 We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or reschedule any part of the Course as necessary. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, but we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative arrangement.
4.3 We may terminate your access to the Course without refund if you fail to comply with these Terms, including failure to make timely payments or behaving inappropriately during sessions or within the Facebook group.
5. Your Obligations 5.1 You agree to participate fully in the Course and engage with all materials and activities provided.
5.2 Access to Course materials is for your personal use only. You agree not to distribute, share, or use the materials for commercial purposes.
5.3 You will respect the confidentiality of other participants and not share their information outside of the Course.
5.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information for any platforms used during the Course, including Zoom and Facebook.
6. Liability 6.1 The Course is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from your participation.
6.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or business opportunities.
6.3 Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total Course fee paid by you.
7. Intellectual Property 7.1 All materials provided during the Course are the intellectual property of Hetty Verney. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit these materials for any commercial purposes without express permission.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection 8.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. We will only use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
8.2 You agree not to share any confidential information disclosed by other participants during the Course sessions or in the Facebook group.
9. General 9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9.2 No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of that right.
9.3 We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be notified to you via email.
